The Office of Sustainability conducts frequent audits of campus waste bins to track recycling and contamination rates. In early 2020, these audits led to a full report on the data, later summarized in a presentation. All these resources are available at the bottom of the page.
A new series of waste audits will begin early in the Fall 2021 semester, with a revised set of practices to ensure participant safety. If you’re interested in helping us out with one, please email sustainability@vassar.edu.
